West Virginia Trout Fest
The West Virginia Trout Fest is held annually in Franklin, WV on the first weekend in May. There is something to do for the whole family starting with the Trout Dinner on Friday night, followed by live music to close down the evening. Saturday, you can line the rivers with hopes of catching the $1000 fish, shop the sportsman show vendors, support local artists, and unwind and relax with music all day long.
Angler's Adventure
The crystal clear Potomac headwaters that wind their way through Pendleton County are the dream home for trout. Angler's are out in these streams and rivers as soon as the ice breaks in the spring, and by late April all things fishing are in full swing. The first weekend in May we let out all the stops for all things trout fishing in beautiful downtown Franklin, WV.
