More Details

Our beautiful county attracts adventure enthusiasts from around the world. In Pendleton County, West Virginia, you can escape the hustle & bustle of everyday life and get lost in the National Forests, endless valleys, and quaint mountain towns. We are home to Spruce Knob, the highest point in West Virginia, and the lowest point in the state nestled at the bottom of Seneca Caverns.

Seneca Rocks is one of the most prominently-recognized natural landmarks that can be found here. Heritage & pride runs deep in our locals & they love sharing nature's playground with you.

The Pendleton County Convention & Visitors Bureau (PCCVB) recognizes the value of tourism to support our businesses and organizations & we strive to preserve our rich heritage & traditions. We are happy to recognize Pendleton County’s tourism related businesses, historic sites, lodging facilities & recreation.
